Integral Thin Films, LLC (ITF) was created to provide low volume vacuum
deposited materials for technical and commercial applications. ITF can
process numerous substrates from films to rigid parts. With over 15 years
of CAD designing experience, ITF can also build custom fixturing to
accommodate the most demanding geometric shapes.
Rare, precious and standard metals can be processed as well as most alloys,
dielectrics and semiconductors. The deposition process is controlled and continuously monitored to assure that the required properties are maintained
throughout the process.
Substrates vary according to customer needs. Through the use of fixtures
and jigs, rigid parts of varied thickness and dimensions, can be processed.
Nominally polyester and polyimide films ranging from 0.25 mil and thicker can
be processed. Sheet sizes of up to 30" x 72" can be processed.
ITF uses RF, DC magnetron sputtering or thermal evaporative processing.
ITF uses state-of-the-art test equipment to verify specified requirements of
vacuum deposited materials.
